Encouraged by the Allentown Economic Development Corporation, which is located in a Keystone State Opportunity Zone that provides tax incentives, Lightweight Manufacturing Inc. (LWM) has moved its fabric structure and tent rental industry business to Allentown, Pa. The move brings together the LWM fabric shop (where custom fabric panels and panel graphics are made) and the engineering office (where design of panels and aluminum and steel frames takes place), while leaving potential for future growth. The company added new equipment, more staff and increased capacity following the move.
