Versatile model AV1-LED Combination Audible/Visual Signal from Federal Signal offers a 100 percent polycarbonate housing rated for Type 3R rain-tight applications, as a 60,000-hour LED light source. Offered in amber, blue, green, red and clear domes, the unit’s black base is designed to accommodate mounting of half-inch NPT pipe, a four-inch octagonal electrical box, or any flat surface. Key features include an exclusive twist-and-lock dome to provide simple, tool-free access to the LED, and the fresnel lens that promotes superior visibility in all directions. Integrated buzzer provides 85dB output at 10 feet; the unit is capable of supplying independent flashing light and sounder operation.
