Internet jobs board and career center for the international textile industry

The American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) is offering a new online employment service: Textile JobSite. Valuable for both textile companies looking for talent and textile professionals looking for work, Textile JobSite is free for job seekers and lists textile positions around the world.

Located on the AATCC website, Textile JobSite is an online portal where textile companies can post a wide range of openings, from entry level to senior management. The service is free to AATCC corporate members for the first ten jobs listed each year. Companies that are not corporate members of AATCC can post five jobs free annually. Each listing runs for a month.

In service just since February 2012, Textile JobSite had nearly 1,000 visitors during the first month of operation.

“This is a valuable service for the textile industry and our goal has been to build a central site where textile professionals can find jobs, and textile companies can find the talent they need to grow and compete effectively,” said Jack Daniels, executive vice president of AATCC. “We invite employers throughout the industry to post positions here, and also invite textile professionals to visit Textile JobSite when planning their career.”

AATCC is a not-for-profit textile professional association, serving the textile industry since 1921. AATCC is headquartered in Research Triangle Park, N.C., USA, and provides test method development, quality control materials, and professional networking for members throughout the world.
