Joyce McCauley is plant manager at KAPCO

Joyce McCauley has joined the Kent Adhesive Products Co. (KAPCO) team. McCauley has held several positions since the beginning of her career as an industrial engineer, including production manager, materials manager, manufacturing services manager, manager of productivity improvement and supervisor of outsource planning. She will be responsible for overseeing the plant operations including production, personnel and building maintenance.
