Two U.S.-based subsidiaries of Sattler AG, headquartered in Graz, Austria, will be consolidated under a reorganization that will be completed Oct. 1, 2012. Sattler North America Corp., located in Melville, N.Y., was established in 2006 as the sales and warehouse distributor for Sattler AG’s awning fabrics and sun-shading products. Sattler AG acquired Outdura Corp. in January 2011 from Shuford Mills LLC, Hudson, N.C. The two businesses will consolidate as Sattler Corp. in the Hudson, N.C., office under the leadership of Manfred Heissenberger, executive director and CEO of the newly formed entity. The Hudson facility will house sales, marketing, customer service, quality/technical services and administration for North, Central and South American markets.
