Global Imaging sells Zund cutter to Rainier

Rainier credits the Zünd G3 3XL-3200 10-foot wide cutter for increasing sixfold its production of banners. The machine allows the company to cut and sew double-sided banners with top and bottom pole pockets with perfect image registration at the hems in less time. The cutter’s working area is 126 square inches. Its capabilities include fabrication to finishing on substrates such as rigid, vinyl, fabric and foam core. Tool capabilities include V cutting, Braille, kiss cutting, routing and rotary knife cutting for fabric and mesh. The cutter is responding to customer needs for stadium graphics, interior displays, and customized contour cuts.
