New COO for Leigh Fibers

Darrell J. Turner has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Leigh Fibers Inc., succeeding Keith Taylor, who will transition to the board of directors. Turner has spent 30 years in the energy, waste and recycled materials industries, most recently as vice president and general manager of the energy services division of Headwaters Inc.
