The Rho 1312 and Rhotex HS improve print quality and productivity.
A leader in industrial inkjet design and manufacturing, Durst Phototechnik AG, Brixen, Italy, has added two machines to its line of large-format digital UV inkjet printers: the Rho 1312 and the Rhotex HS.
The Rho 1312 is the latest addition to the Rho 1000 portfolio. It offers higher print quality and improved productivity, along with more precise and reliable media registration, and better results with hard-to-transport and heat-sensitive media.
The Rhotex HS is Durst’s new flagship for the industrial soft signage market and is capable of printing up to 300 square meters per hour. Recommended for banners, posters, POP/POS displays, indoor wall graphics, trade show displays, parasols, flags, backdrops and outdoor advertising, it will print up to a 330-cms-width by any length. It also features a print carriage of over 49,000 nozzles and a resolution of up to 1200 dpi with a drop size of 7, 14, or 21 pl, and uses eco-friendly, water-based dispersed dye inks that are odorless, VOC-free and recyclable.
