Conneaut Leather acquires Cortinal Leathers

Conneaut Leather, a Conneaut, Ohio-based manufacturer of leather, has acquired sister companies Cortina Leathers and DMS Leathers, New York, N.Y., importers of Italian upholstery leathers, to serve the architectural, interior design and commercial end-user markets. Conneaut Leather offers manufacturing capabilities such as large in-stock lines, custom leathers, strikeoffs and special finishes including Crypton™ and cut-to-pattern, for the office furniture, hospitality, automotive aftermarket and residential OEM markets.
