Robert Allen debuts new website

Stronger color focus, search function and project planning capabilities.

The Robert Allen Group has redesigned its website to include new features built to change the way designers approach color and fabric selection online.

The new site focuses on color, with a border of clickable Robert Allen swatches at the top of each page and a color search tool that allows designers to search by color palette or upload a photo that is then matched with coordinating Robert Allen fabrics.

The search function now includes a system of sliders, enabling users to refine a search in real time according to price, availability, usage and yardage. Once designers have identified their selected fabric, they can save it in a project portfolio for future reference. Consumers may also create their own folders for inspiration or to share with their interior designer.

In addition, a new, blog-like section will provide information on collection geneses, inspirational projects featuring Robert Allen textiles, and designer interviews.
