Durable, cleanable and UV-protective Phifertex® Outdoor Fabrics can be used in awnings, umbrellas, sling furniture, cushions and pillows; they’re naturally stain-resistant, quick-drying and moisture-wicking, woven to endure extreme weather conditions. Microban® antimicrobial protection helps prevent the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew that can damage the fabric. Phifertex line is available in an array of intricate weaves, colors and designs.

Designed to filter sunlight and reduce glare effect, RECscreen 5000P is a technical fabric for curtains and awnings. Made of high-tenacity polyester yarn, its weave quality yields visibility for a 95 percent shade factor, and it is dimensionally stable even after years of exposure to harsh weather conditions.

RECwater canvases are suitable for boats that frequent areas with extreme weather conditions and awnings in rainy climates. Made of solution-dyed acrylic fibers with PVC coating on one side, the fabric is 100 percent waterproof and treated with antimicrobial products for optimal mold, algae and bacteria resistance.

Stamoid Pure is a woven PVC material coated on both sides to make it 100 percent waterproof. Suited for bimini tops, cockpit enclosures and sprayhoods, it is mold resistant, easy to clean and UV resistant for color steadfastness.

Leather-like seating

The Symphony Collection (Vintage, Glaze, San Remo) is durable faux leather crafted for hospitality, health care and contract seating applications. Recognized for its authentic appearance and supple texture, a newly-extended color line is offered.

On the water

Aquatime Camo fabric is water repellent and color fast and intended for boat covers and other maritime applications. The fabric features durability, UV protection and pattern clarity.

Recommended for lightweight boat covers, bimini tops and jet-ski covers, Aquaspray is a 64-inch-wide, 6 ounce acrylic-coated polyester. It is water-repellent, UV protective, durable and available in a variety of colors.

Aquatop® is a vinyl-coated polyester cover fabric that is mildew resistant and water repellent. The underside is coated with a white, pigment-free water-resistant finish to eliminate color bleeding onto a boat’s surface, and the fabric is resistant to stretch and sag even in the toughest of weather conditions.

Silver is no longer the only reflective option for apparel designers. Brilliant® Color Reflective is a highly reflective, wash-durable option for athletic wear, motorsport apparel, military uniforms and industrial clothing. RSL compliant, Brilliant Color Reflective is available in rolled form or piece parts for heat transfers, reflective trims and piping. It comes in seven stock colors and hundreds of custom colors.

ESF Technology–Style XP227 is lightweight, flexible and offers dimensional stability. Recommended for surfboards, stand-up paddle boards and snowboards, its unique off-angle scrim using Technora yarn is eight times stronger than steel, according to the manufacturers, yet flexible enough to withstand the elements that recreational boards come into contact with.

Easy handling

Stam® 6002L has similar performance characteristics to its predecessor, Stam 6002, but is lighter in weight and available in shorter 67-inch roles. Recommended for awnings, canopies and fixed umbrellas, it offers resistance to UV light, is GREENGUARD certified and available in 15 contemporary colors.

Classic comforts

An evolution of a classic, new Precontraint® 502 offers all the same benefits as its predecessor—dimensional stability, excellent UV resistance, heat and weather protection, color retention and strength—but also provides the added benefits of a more desirable Satin finish and a new PVDF topcoat on both sides for long-term dirt resistance. Designed for awnings, canopies, shade sails and light structures, it’s available in 13 new colors for a total palette of 40 coordinating colors. Available with a 10-year warranty on fixed framed awnings and canopies.

Stamskin® One is an elastomer-coated polyester jersey with a soft and luxurious feel, similar to worn leather. Offering long-term performance for high traffic and demanding environments, indoors and outdoors, it retains less body heat than comparable materials, and resists most oils, lotions and stains, including lipstick, red wine, sunblock, mustard and catsup. The material provides exceptional tensile and tear strength, is phthalate-free and meets stringent IMO fire testing standards as well as NFPA 260 and 261. It’s available in 13 colors, with a 7-year warranty.

SIMPL is an ecotextile that can be used for indoor and outdoor upholstery, awnings and umbrellas. SIMPL is a combination of hemp backing fabric impregnated with a silicone surface. Consisting of two earth-friendly compounds, the fabric is hydrophobic, stain-resistant and antimicrobial. Construction features high durability and will be available in a wide choice of colors and patterns.

Roadway and railway

TenCate Mirafi® RS580i provides a base course reinforcement and subgrade stabilization for road, runway and railway construction. Its double layer construction provides a wide range of pore sizes for separation factor, filtration and flow characteristics of fine to course sand layer. Available in several roll sizes to fit project requirements.

Mid-Weight Polyester Taslan fabric is a white waterproof breathable laminate with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish. Available in 13 colors, the fabric is recommended for dye sublimation and can be used in high-end inclement weather jackets and pants for athletes, military and police, and for aprons and workwear bibs.

Displays on the go

Tablecloth Fabric Pro, offered by Top Value Fabrics, has a soft hand and sleek drape that travels well event after event. Due to the fabric’s wrinkle resistance and platform for vibrant color, it can be used for a variety of retail and expo displays such as backdrops, banners and popup displays. Tablecloth Fabric Pro is designed for printers that require high-performance textiles for direct printing. The 100 percent polyester fabric prints ideally with direct
disperse, dye sublimation transfer or UV inks.

Supernova is a backlit fabric for SEG frames when bright whites are used in printed graphics. REACH compliant, it meets NFPA 701 fire resistance specifications. The fabric provides options in ink compatibility including dye sublimation direct, dye sublimation transfer, UV and latex. Supernova is available in widths up to 122 inches.

Atex® textile membranes can be used both indoors and outdoors for acoustic-active ceilings and wide-span roofs. Its features include green technology and a durable 25-year-plus lifespan.

Colorful Endurance

Durable, waterproof, pliable and fire-retardant, Soluna 19 is used for commercial and residential awnings and athletic stadium padding. Highly resistant to mildew and fungus and UV-protective, the material is dimensionally stable to eliminate sagging, with superior tensile and tear strength. Eleven popular colors are available, with an easy-to-clean lacquer finish that’s digitally printable.

Advantage Sportiva is a custom-developed 18-oz. vinyl material engineered for the athletic industry: durable, pliable, fire-retardant, anti-mildew and with DuraGUARD antimicrobial treatment. Used for products like gym divider curtains, floor mats, indoor wall pads, punching bags pole vault landing mats and athletic dummies and blocking pads. Exceeds industry standards for tensile, adhesion and abrasion strength performance, the printable matte-finish material is offered in 15 popular colors and 61-inch widths.

Advantage MVP 18 FR is recognized for its durability, pliable feel for easy handling, resistance to the elements and exceptional strength. Available in many colors accepted as standards for athletic applications. The signature 18-oz. coated formula is specially treated to meet CSFM and NFPA-701 FR standards, and achieves a Class A rating for ASTM E-84. Its tensile and tear strength are matched by its soft hand and smooth matte finish.

Safe for kids, athletes

Value Vinyls’ Suplex 24 is used for athletic roll-up wrestling gym mats and gymnastic floor mats. The durable 24-ounce PVC vinyl fabric is antibacterial and fire-retardant. It can accept a range of graphic applications on four colors. Gym mats made with Suplex 24 are certified to assure the lowest phthalate levels in the market.

Volar 6 and Volar 10 Cold-Air Inflatable PVC are coated vinyls primarily used for cold air inflatable standups. Available in two weights—6 ounce and 10 ounce—the material is flexible, lightweight and strong enough to handle adverse weather and high wind conditions. Available in several colors, with special order colors also offered upon request.

Fade-resistant red

Manufactured to withstand the sun’s UV rays without fading, Monotec 370 Shadecloth “Candy Red” is recommended for fixed shade structures, car ports and playground structures. It offers high puncture and tear resistance, is manufactured out of 100 percent round monofilament yarn and features a 15-year UV warranty.
