Ehmke Manufacturing wins excellence award

Ehmke Manufacturing Company, Inc., a Philadelphia, Penn.-based industrial textile manufacturer, has received the 2016 Performance Excellence Award from the Boeing Company. Ehmke was chosen among an international supplier base of approximately 13,000 companies. The award was given for Ehmke’s support of the Boeing H-47 Chinook and V-22 Osprey programs. Ehmke provides engineering, manufacturing and installation support for the design and fabrication of the acoustical insulation blankets that are installed in each military aircraft. The company has maintained a 99.92 percent quality supplier rating and 99.72 percent delivery supplier rating with the Boeing Company.
