Pennel & Flipo acquires Fait Plast

Pennel & Flipo SA, a Mouscron, Belgium-based designer and manufacturer of ORCA® textiles, has acquired Fait Plast, Brescia, Italy. A European leader in the manufacturing of technical thermoplastic films, Fait Plast’s films are used for applications including ecological thermo adhesives for shirt/T-shirt printing, functionalization of sportswear and underwear, anti-slipping solutions for hosiery and the orthopedic market, technical packaging, medical and paramedical products and technical textiles. Pennel & Flipo is working to develop new technical thermoplastic textiles.
