Moran and Bockoven named NCTO officers

The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO), a trade association representing domestic textile manufacturers, elected officers at its 15th annual meeting in March. Marty Moran, CEO of Buhler Quality Yarns Corp., was named chairman. Moran served as vice chairman in 2017. Don Bockoven, president and
CEO of Leigh Fibers and ICE Recycling, was chosen to be vice chairman.
