OK Loop knit fabric

OK Loop is a low-profile ETB-09 knit loop that combines a smooth, plush surface structure with high elastic stretch. It is designed with an ultra-soft and thin flexible fabric to serve the needs of the medical and orthopedic industry, along with any applications that require a wide stretch loop. Compatible with low to medium cycle Easy Tape® molded hooks.

TAKO anti-slip film

Anti-slip TPR film is designed to be safe for frequent skin contact (meets SGS non-toxic standards), making it a good choice for sporting and medical orthopedic applications. TAKO maintains its function when wet and regains full slip resistance once dried. It features a soft hand feeling and strong durability. The material can be applied to backpack straps, sporting gloves, apparel, coasters and sports equipment handles. Available with knit fabric, microfiber elastic or adhesive backing.

ETP-56S molded hook fastener

Low-profile molded hook fastener is designed for the personal hygiene and diaper industry. It features stable peel and shear strength along with soft touch hand feeling. This light, thin fastener is designed for disposable applications.

ETB9-6 knit loop fabric

Industrial strength, low-profile knit loop fabric that can be applied to the medical, apparel and tactical markets. The wide format (up to 54 inches) works well for apparel items that require a long, continuous piece of knit loop for hook attachments, such as tactical vests and orthopedic braces.

Heavy-duty UV-resistant fabric

70DHM11CT is a heavy-duty and sturdily designed fabric that is waterproof, breathable and printable with UV-resistant Grade 6. It is specially designed for motorcycle or boat covers, but also works for any type of cover, tent, banner and other outdoor applications.

TPU film

ET68F-0910-NYPK is a polyether-based TPU film laminated with pique knit fabric that works well for hospital bed sheets and jail mattress applications. Material meets NFPA-701 flame-resistance standards, and is anti-bacterial, anti-oxidation, breathable and hydrolysis-resistant to allow for easy secondary processing.

Durable, anti-slip material

TPO302-1460 material is made from thermoplastic olefin film laminated with polyester jersey. Available in single-sided or double-sided TPO, it works well for cushions, mats, shoes and shoulder pad applications. With a unique surface pattern design, the fabric offers durability, abrasion resistance, oil and chemical resistance and anti-slip capabilities.

Comshade® XTRA shade cloth

Significantly exceeding other shade cloth for UV protection and weight-to-strength ratios, Comshade® XTRA is recommended for medium- and large-sized, high tensile commercial projects where safety and longevity are critical. UV protection offered can reach as high as 99.7 percent, and the wide width (13.1 feet) ensures fewer seams and better labor efficiency. Available in ten designer colors.

Flame-retardant shade cloth

Applicable for playgrounds and other public areas, new FR Comshade is a premium flame-retardant (FR) knitted HDPE shade cloth for shade sails and shade structures with a next-generation FR additive that is registered with the California State Fire Marshal (F-59002). The fabric is 100 percent lead- and phthalate-free and contains no arsenic. It is 12 ½ feet wide for fewer seams and reduced labor costs, and carries a 10-year limited warranty. Available in seven popular colors.

Woven PE tarpaulin

The 100 percent recyclable and waterproof PE tarpaulin is available for various applications. Offered in three different grades and price ranges, it is manufactured with virgin PE resin and custom engineered to meet each client’s specific needs.

Lumber wrap

Quality woven PE/PP lumber covers and lumber hoods offer UVI treatment, three-color custom flexo printing, and are available in a wide variety of colors. They offer strength and high print adhesion and clarity.

PE rope nets

High-strength PE nets are available for agriculture, safety, privacy and shading applications. Selections include olive nets, bird nets, fruit dilly bags and safety netting for protection from hailstorms and debris. Shading applications include balcony screens, privacy and sports netting and wind cloth.

Insulated blankets

Custom designed insulated blankets provide cost-efficient concrete curing and construction site insulation. Primarily comprised of a woven PE outer shell, one or several layers of insulation material, and fastening features on the sides to keep the blankets in place after installment.

Printed screens

Digitally-printed screens provide eye-catching graphics and protection from the sun. Exterior screens reduce heat and glare, allowing homeowners to showcase support for a favorite sport or vacation destination. In commercial applications, printed screens maximize brand identity and, depending on local code requirements, sign permits may be avoided because the graphic is not permanently affixed to the building.

Square screen housing

New square housing complements modern and contemporary cube-shaped houses with large or oversized windows. The sleek, low profile of the square screen housing allows the screens to blend into the design of the home, preserving the view and natural light while minimizing the heat gain and damaging effects of the sun’s harmful rays. Power screens using this new square housing can reduce cooling costs by up to 60 percent.

RecSystem coated waterproof fabric

RecSystem is made by taking 60-inch Recacril marine solution-dyed acrylic fabric and coating it with a proprietary back coating that adds less than an ounce to the fabric weight, but makes RecSystem virtually waterproof when installed properly for awning and marine applications.

RecWater waterproof acrylic fabric

RecWater offers the beauty and depth of color only a woven acrylic can provide while offering excellent dimensional stability and the waterproof and abrasion resistance of PVC. It is made of tightly woven 60-inch marine-grade Recacril, which is liquid PVC-coated to the backside of the fabric. This creates a 100 percent guaranteed waterproof permanent bond that will not crack or peel.

Recacril fabric

Solution-dyed acrylic fabric is woven and finished specifically for marine and awning applications. New collections offer sophisticated new stripes and a significantly expanded range of solids with unique new colorways. The fabric features a tight weave, great fade resistance, a water- and stain-resistant finish and excellent dimensional stability. Comes with a 10-year limited warranty.

Rolled rim grommets and washers

A full line of rolled rim grommets and spur washers is available, starting with #0 and running all the way to extended sizes in #5, #6, #7 and #8. Grommets and washers are made of thicker gauge brass for robust construction and feature interlocking washer teeth grasp material for premium security. These products work well in applications under stress, tension and those experiencing movement.

Self-piercing grommets and washers

Self-piercing grommets and washers are made of high-strength brass and thicker raw material for lasting durability. They feature sharp-edged barrels for application on material without having to pre-punch holes. Available in size #0-#3.

Sheet metal grommets and washers

Sheet metal grommets and washers are available in a variety of extended sizes and are made of durable, high-quality brass. Versatile grommets can be used interchangeably with plain, tooth or neck washers—which can be used for basic reinforcement to provide support for the grommet setting for a firmer, tighter grip for woven materials or for facilitating an automatic feed setting.

Stainless steel grommets and washers

Stainless steel grommets and washers are made of tough, non-porous SAE 304 stainless steel, which provides a lighter and stronger construction than brass options. Offering superior resistance to rust, stains and corrosion, available in sizes #0 - #5.

Shelter-Rite® truck tarps

Shelter-Rite® fabric has a printable surface, cold flexibility at extreme temperatures and excellent weldability to ensure seam strength. Its proprietary weaving and coating system ensures high-quality tarp performance, handling ease and cost efficiency. Available in many standard and custom colors.

Shelter-Rite® tent fabric

Newly developed lightweight Shelter-Rite® tent material has been developed to provide exceptional strength and durability. The tent fabric is 20 percent lighter than the industry standard, allowing for easier handling and cleanability. Available in fabricated custom panels, colors and widths to meet project and customer specifications.

Mil-spec tent and canvas fabric

Military tent and canvas fabric is available in any military color and is produced to conform to military standards. Applications also include divider curtains, field and floor covers, shading, window shades, equipment covers, windscreens and tension structures. Most fabrics are Berry Amendment compliant and all fabric is made in the USA.

Sunbrella® Decorative Shade fabrics

New Decorative Shade fabrics emphasize the growing desire for shade in commercial environments that is equally matched in design and in performance. Patterns utilize a traditional fabric construction, recommended for upscale, highly decorative applications. Because the color is embedded deep inside every fiber, the fabrics are easy to care for, fade proof and bleach cleanable. Backed by a 10-year warranty.

Sunbrella® Contour

Contour fabric’s specifically engineered construction gives it the unique ability to fit to any shape or angle, allowing fabricators to expand their offerings with shade sails and other shade structures including fixed awnings, windscreens, umbrellas, cabanas, pavilions and marine applications. Available in 15 colors, Contour is a rich, knit-textured fabric backed by a 10-year warranty.

Sunbrella® SeaMark®

SeaMark® is a premier boat topping that has been in the marine market for more than 25 years. The 100 percent waterproof product was recently introduced to the shade market. It consists of woven acrylic facing and color-matched waterproof PVC backing. It is available in a wide range of fabric colors and features excellent weatherability and water-tightness.

Awning kits

The primary markets for the awning kits are the small awning companies and sign shops that do not have the time or space to fabricate awnings or to keep all the inventory necessary to fabricate custom fixed awnings. The kits mean there’s no inventory to carry and no waste; they are manufactured to customer specifications and available in standard and custom styles.

CAF-COMPO screw-stud

CAF-COMPO screw-stud is a composite self-tapping screw stud for use in fiberglass, wood and other composites. The stud is the lower part of a snap or ring-spring press fastener system and will fit any regular ring spring socket, no matter the material or supplier. A version with a metric thread makes it possible to solve the corrosion issue on any aluminum surface. 100 percent corrosion-free, no wearing out and UV resistant, it is available in white variants, light grey, black or any custom color to match the deck color of a yacht.

Smart textiles

Techtera is the French innovation cluster for textiles and flexible materials. It offers the conception and development of a wide range of smart textiles, including predictive and preventive medical devices, a comfy leotard integrating imperceptible sensors, a new optical fibers knitting process that produces homogeneous light on a very large surface, and the weaving of optical fibers to diffuse homogeneous light to allow non-invasive medical treatments.

Seatbelt webbing

The 2-inch, 6000 lb. tensile, 100 percent polyester webbing is UV inhibited and will not shrink, rot, mold or mildew. Seatbelt webbing is an excellent, inexpensive alternative for almost any application. Use the high-quality, cost-effective material anywhere rope, cable, or other webbings are used. Industrial applications include tarps, tents, disposable slings, cargo control, tree slings, disposable burial straps, covering systems, inflatables, landfill covers, furniture/upholstery and modular home construction.

Cyclops machine vision

Aeronaut’s Cyclops machine is a simple gantry-mounted high-resolution camera that puts a real-time magnified image of what’s under the cutting head directly into a Tangent nesting queue. Used with the Tangent software joystick, users can see clearly what’s on the vacuum table and perform a range of tasks quickly, accurately and easily without leaving the computer. Greatly simplifies tasks such as checking for fabric faults and aligning cut profiles with fabric and with registration marks.

Intercut 800 Measure and Inspect

Designed to help users inspect and measure fabrics coming from a mill, and re-cut them onto a cardboard core. U.S.-manufactured modular system can accommodate a number of different fabrics and needs, and has a small footprint, with a front-loading cradle drawer that facilitates quick loading and unloading of fabric rolls.

Mikron 2 automated cutter

Universal cutter works with materials from cardboard to carbon fiber, small enough for a design studio or lab, but fast and sturdy enough for short-run or just-in-time production. Aeronaut’s Mikron 2 features two steered quick-change holders capable of mounting almost any cutting tool, a marker pen holder, and two optional gantry-mounted or overhead cameras.

Metal systems

Commercial-grade metal architectural systems serve the needs of manufacturers of trellises, canopies, sunscreens, patio covers and shutters. The pre-engineered, highly functional metal canopy systems offer “bolt-on” technology for simple installation, and are offered in six different designs for both sun and rain protection, to enhance the aesthetic appeal of a building.

Sunguard polyester thread

Thread is produced with specially formulated nanotechnology allowing for 15 percent more strength compared to other polyester threads. Carefully selected dyes ensure maximum UV resistance. Anti-wick finish helps combat seam leakage. It is mold, mildew, chlorine and bromine resistant, and is available in ready-wound bobbins.

Vision embroidery thread

UV-stable thread can withstand more than 500 hours of UV exposure. Known for its superior colorfastness, it is an excellent sewing thread for embroidery applications in the outdoor market including marine seating, umbrellas, outdoor seating and commercial awnings.

SolarFix PTFE thread

SolarFix PTFE thread is guaranteed in writing to outlast the life of the fabric it is sewn into. It will not lose any significant strength due to UV sunlight or chemical exposure. The thread is not only mold and mildew resistant but also is available in a variety of non-fading colors. Available in multiple sizes and pre-wound bobbins.

Mega Grip II™

Advanced slip-resistant fabric is recommended for products that require a firm fabric without stretch. The fabric is engineered for performance and is waterproof, withstands 12,000 cycles of the Taber Abrasion Test and is cold crack tested to -40°F. Applications include outdoor equipment, shoulder straps, seating and sporting uses.

Mid-Weight Polyester Taslan (ANSI)

Durable and tapeable, TVF’s Mid-Weight Polyester Taslan (ANSI) features a waterproof breathable laminate with a DWR finish. The fabric offers a micro-porous coating and is available in safety yellow.

1000 Denier CORDURA®

Nylon fabric is polyurethane coated, features a water-repellent finish and outperforms standard 1000 Denier nylon fabric due to its strength and resiliency. Used for a variety of applications including upholstery, luggage, briefcases and wallets. Available in 25 colors.

AdventurePro

AdventurePro is cationic dyed, yielding rich colors and a heathered look. The fabric is water repellent, urethane coated and easy to clean. Specially constructed for manufacturing durable applications such as backpacks, ski bags, tote bags and apparel. Available in five colors and offered in custom colors.

SolaMesh®

An innovative outdoor fabric using polymer technology, SolaMesh® is made from HDPE monofilament cloth and tape for consistent performance. It can be used for custom shade sails, awnings and other shade structures. Supported by a 10-year warranty and available in 19 colors.

Atex® Architectural membranes

Atex® membranes are high-strength glass fabrics suitable for membrane roofs, cladding systems, shading canopies and acoustic control. Dirt-repellent, waterproof and hydrophobic, membranes block out UV light, are easy to clean and available in any color.

Technical, coated and laminated glass fiber fabrics

Valmiera Glass offers a range of E-glass, HR-glass and SiO2-glass fiber fabrics. Products offer high thermal resistance, chemical resistance and high tensile strength.

Single, plied and textured glass fiber yarns

Glass fiber yarns are made of E-glass with thermal resistance of 600°C, HR-glass with thermal resistance of 800°C and SiO2-glass with thermal resistance of 1000+°C. E-glass and HR-glass yarns are used for weaving technical and electrical insulation cloths and high-silica materials are used in aircraft and aerospace industries where heat resistant materials are required.

Glass fiber mats

Used as heat and acoustic insulating materials in automotive, shipbuilding, building, household and power plants. Environmentally friendly, recyclable and incombustible, the mats meet the requirements of DIN 4102. Silica needled mats are certified according to the MED Directive 2014/90 / EU and can be used in the ship building industry.
