WSER50 Universal motor

With a torque stop function, the WSER50 Universal motor is designed for sun shades, screens, shutters and awnings. It prevents sagging for exterior drop screens with bottom bar stoppers when raised and keeps fabric taut when screens are down.

WSERD30-B

For interior shading applications that require quiet, stand-alone operation, the WSERD30-B motor has a built-in Li-ion battery when an A/C power supply is not available. Can run 750 cycles on a single charge and operates at a whisper quiet 32dB.

WSMER50LED

The WSMER50LED motor is a retractable awning motor that includes a built-in LED power supply. Control lighting from one remote that allows for both motor control and LED On/Off with dimming.

Engineered design concepts from Apex Mills offer customizable design catered to customer needs. Body Mapping Fabric

Can be treated with moisture management and antimicrobial finishes.

Stretch band HB 59042 140

High-fashion engineered stretch band HB 59042 140 provides high elasticity, stretch and return for athleisurewear, lingerie and sports lining. It can be laser-cut to any thickness, a recommended choice for brands seeking to incorporate fashion design into all parts of the products. The stretch band can also be knit to include a company logo.

PW81 FR cut-resistant fabric

Engineered PW81 FR cut-resistant fabric for the safety and protection market does not melt or drip, and the yarn does not shrink in extreme heat. The fabric’s tear strength is 200% higher than the NFPA 1971–2013 requirement, and is resistant to over 1,000 newtons in warp direction and 1,450 newtons in weft direction (according to Underwriters Laboratories tests on a 7.2 OSY fabric). Lighter weight than some alternatives.

Catalyst

HDX-v hybrid sailcloth fabric

Premium grade HDX-v hybrid sailcloth fabric is constructed from a super tenacity, low-shrink woven polyester substrate that incorporates a unique Vectran® ripstop grid into the weaving pattern that increases tear resistance. Excellent shape performance and durability. Recommended for sails and various shade products.

Biomedical tapes and webbing

Bally Ribbon Mills’ line of biomedical tapes and webbing are designed for use in cardiovascular, orthopedic and dental prosthetic applications. BRM cardiovascular textiles facilitate trans aortic valve replacement and aseptal defect repair. Monofilament materials used in blood filtration, aspirating devices and bone marrow transplants are also available. The products are manufactured in a certified clean room, and the company meets the rigorous ISO 13485 certification for the design and manufacture of medical fabric.

E-WEBBINGS®

E-WEBBINGS® e-textile product base is designed to serve as a customizable base for a wide range of smart textile applications within the Internet of Things (IoT). The textiles serve as the foundation layer to which electronic intercommunicative technology is integrated directly. The narrow woven fabrics are made from a variety of fibers and conductive elements that allow electronics and digital parts to be embedded in them. This allows for smaller final product size, lower weight, optimal user comfort and significant cost savings.

High performance webbing

Meeting the demands of many markets, including military, safety, industrial, commercial and sports, high performance webbing applications include MIL-Spec, PIA-Spec, binding tapes, parachute setups, harnesses, packs, chin straps, climbing webs and seat belts. Berry Amendment material is available, including polyester webbing. The materials maximize the end products’ performance characteristics and properties, including durability, resistance to abrasion, chemicals, heat and weather.

Woven composites

Lightweight and cost effective, woven composites are produced using a multidimensional continuous weaving method that produces textiles that can be fabricated into near net-shape structures. These advanced weaving capabilities offer new solutions that reduce weight while eliminating many costly, time-consuming and labor-intensive processes. Applications include 3D woven joints, woven thermal protection systems (TPS) and advanced woven composite 3D structures.

INSQIN® raw materials

INSQIN® raw materials are waterborne polyurethanes for use in high-performing, sustainable textile coatings. By replacing traditional solvents with water, the polyurethane products enable safer and more eco-friendly textile production without sacrificing performance. Recommended for automotive, apparel, footwear and upholstery.

M-Type DELTA 867-190922-M

Featuring a built-in motor with DAC Flex control including DELTA Commander, the M-Type DELTA 867-190922-M offers a programmable setting element and approved sewing technology (XL hook/standard thread trimmer). Includes programmable electronic thread tension for reproducible sewing results, programmable stitch length adjustment by means of integrated step motor, programmable sewing foot pressure and sewing foot lifting height. Electronic needle positioning by Jog-Dial. No compressed air required. Machine settings and complex seam programs can be stored.

Docril

For solar protection, Docril is for awnings, sunshades and umbrellas. Manufactured with solution-dyed acrylic fiber, the fabric is less vulnerable to UV radiation and colors are guaranteed. The full-bodied fabric is not too heavy to hinder proper fit or functioning.

Docril N

Docril N is 100 percent solution-dyed acrylic fabric for nautical equipment. Waterproof, UV protective with mold prevention treatment, the fabric endures wet climates, splashes and heavy rainfalls. Special anti-putridity finish prevents growth of microorganisms.

e2 Air Tite

Offering exceptional tear values, e2 Air Tite coated fabric is more resistant to onsite damage during installation while meeting the strength requirements of both type I and type II standards. The fabric offers a high-performance product for air-supported domes, frame buildings, tension structures and tents.

e2 Green Boom LLDPE

Developed for many markets including oil spill booms and turbidity barriers, e2 Green Boom LLDPE is an alternative to PVC-coated products for times when weight is a concern. This is achieved by the lower specific gravity of LLDPE, which makes it about 30% lighter than PVC while maintaining a similar thickness. In many cases LLDPE can provide enhanced chemical and hydrocarbon resistance. The fabric remains flexible at low temperatures and is available in widths up to 120 inches and from 20 to 120 mils thick. Available encapsulated or non-encapsulated.

e2/ EPT XtrmPly H.A.R. (High Abrasion Resistance) 40-ounce TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

For dock seals and high abrasion resistance applications, e2/ EPT XtrmPly H.A.R. (High Abrasion Resistance) 40-ounce TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) coated fabric offers improved abrasion and puncture resistance over standard PVC dock seal products, which result in improved longevity. Made in the USA, the fabric has been tested and certified to 40,000+ abrasion cycles—up to 10 times the abrasion resistance of the competitive 40-ounce PVC coated fabrics tested. Cold temperature performance -60 degrees F.

E2 Flexible PVC Films

E2 Flexible PVC Films are thin-gauge films—they can be manufactured in thicknesses as low as 1.8 mil., which reduces weight and the amount of raw materials required in various products. Made in the USA, the films are custom engineered and are offered in custom colors (including high-visibility options), various embossings and reasonable lead times. Recommended for industrial applications including laminating films, tapes, bladders/liners and binding.

Eastman Eagle C125

Crafted in the USA and made to order, the Eastman Eagle C125 conveyor system accurately conveys and cuts fiberglass, technical textiles and PVB with ease. The gantry and tool head design are engineered to cut diverse technical and industrial fabrics, exceeding industry standards for accuracy. The robust conveyor design delivers a high level of material utilization and is often capable of cutting multi-ply without plastic overlay. PremoBond

Bonded polyester PremoBond thread is designed for the application of long-lasting seams in vinyl, canvas and carpets. This strong, UV-resistant, anti-wicking marine-grade sewing thread is bleed resistant and needle heat resistant, even when sewing at higher speeds with heavier materials. It is specially formulated for use in a variety of outdoor products in the marine, awning, tarp and furniture markets, as well as military applications.

Aruvo® PTFE

Aruvo® PTFE performance sewing thread and pre-wound bobbins retain strength and flexibility after years of UV and sunlight exposure, unaffected by saltwater, acid rain and extreme temperatures. The thread can be easily interchanged on sewing machines with minimum adjustments.

B.A.T. (Berry Amendment Thread)

TX 500

Barta heat transfer labels

Barta heat transfer labels are very thin and embed into the substrate that they are applied to, essentially making them part of that substrate. The labels are abrasion, UV and weather resistant for products that are exposed to the toughest elements. Recommended for industries where branding or safety instructions are required through the life of the product, including automotive, awning, gym mats, bulletproof vests and mattresses.

Commercial NinetyFive 340 FR

SuperFabric Am99™

SuperFabric Am99™ is inherently formulated with antimicrobial agents embedded into guard plates to protect against odors, mold, bacteria, viruses and other microbes. TUV-SUD tested and approved, the fabric is washable and long lasting. Recommended for medical isolation gowns, face masks, medical devices, sports apparel, workwear, footwear, commercial and residential furniture, cleaning, military, public transportation and automotive upholstery.

Barry Compliant Architent Excel 18

Offering strength, security and aesthetics, Barry Compliant Architent Excel 18 flexible composite textile is engineered for the high-performance demands of large structures, assuring long-term beauty, durability and safety. Available in both blackout and translucent constructions, the fabric is UV resistant and easily maintained, so users are ensured that their tent structures support positive brand experiences.

Architent ASP

Newly formulated tent fabric Architent ASP was developed to destroy or inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the surface of the tent fabric, including bacteria, protozoans and fungi such as mold and mildew. Antimicrobial fabrics are common in healthcare environments, and now the technology is available to commercial tents and temporary structures.

Patio 546 Stone Gray

Patio 546 Stone Gray is a new color option in the Patio 500 brand of awning fabrics. Made in the USA, Weather-Chek is an architectural shade textile that incorporates specially engineered flexible polymer technology with a high-performance polyester substrate. Recommended for the military and commercial nylon tactical markets, solution-dyed Invista™ CORDURA® Truelock™ Fabrics are in-stock in both 500D and 1000D in the colors of coyote, tan, black, ranger green and wolf gray. Invista™ CORDURA® Classic Fabrics are made with high-tenacity air-jet-textured nylon 6.6 filament yarns in a range of deniers with custom fabric colors dyed and finished to the customer’s specifications.
