Affix Labs, Waste2Wear and Logonet have developed a new high-tech uniform designed to commemorate the groundbreaking research by the primatologist Jane Goodall and the work carried out by the scientists and rangers at the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) in Gombe, Tanzania. The partners donated the eco-friendly, insect-repellent uniforms to the institute on its 60th anniversary. The uniforms use Waste2Wear’s recycled polyester/cotton fabric and incorporate Repeltec™, which binds an environmentally friendly and durable ingredient to textiles, making them actively insect repellent without killing the insects. Logonet was the uniform designer. Photos: ©2020 by Affix Labs. Used by permission.
