A group of Chinese officials visited several key textile facilities to continue their research on U.S. standards for textile and apparel manufacturing. Test equipment provider SDL Atlas, Rock Hill, S.C., hosted the officials at the company’s North American headquarters based in Rock Hill, S.C. Officials also stopped at the U.S. Product Safety Commission in Bethesda, Md., the North Carolina State University College of Textiles in Raleigh, N.C. and attended a session on standards held by the AATCC Research Committee in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
