Two powerhouses in the event, exhibit and display markets have joined forces, as Moss Inc., Elk Grove Village, Ill., has acquired the inventory and trade name of Pink Inc., New York City, N.Y. The new entity, Pink Powered by Moss, will operate out of a New York City location and service clients nationally. By combining and expanding product lines, including tensioned fabric structures, printed graphics, display hardware and more, Moss will have a major presence in New York and “the most comprehensive event product line in the market,” according to Debra Roth, former owner of Pink Inc. and now director of Design and Creative Events for Pink Powered by Moss.
