Technical support at Global Imaging

Global Imaging of Louisville, Colo., has recently added to its technical support team, appointing David Dawson as technical services manager and Leslie Herrmann as workflow studio production and application specialist.

• Dawson will oversee customer support and strategic training to ensure professional installation and trouble-shooting. He has experience as a technical support and customer service manager and call center director in various IT and software companies in Colorado.
• Herrmann will be responsible for equipment maintenance, sample production and on-site sales of Global’s Workflow Studio demonstration facility. She holds a B.A. degree in graphic communication, has operated and maintained printing equipment at printing companies and has experience operating large presses.
