TA Associates invests in Gandinnovations

TA Associates, a leading growth private equity and buyout firm, announced that it has completed a significant minority investment in Gandinnovations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Gandinnovations has a worldwide installed base of more than 1,000 printers, operating in more than 50 countries. The company has headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with offices in San Antonio, Texas, Belgium, Dubai, India, and Mexico, and has a distributor networkof more than 40 resellers acrossthe globe.
