Investcorp buys Dainese

Investcorp, a London-based global provider of alternative investment products, has acquired the Italian retail firm Dainese S.p.A., which specializes in protective wear for sports such as motorcycling and mountain biking. The acquisition will allow Dainese to focus on driving technological advances in its product line—in particular, the D-Air® system.
